The Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2026 (VNCC 2026) – a prestigious professional culinary competition endorsed by the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS) – will officially make its return as part of Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026.
————————————

Returning for its 11th edition as part of Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026, the Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2026 (VNCC 2026) once again reaffirms its position as an internationally recognized professional culinary competition, bringing together the most talented chefs from Vietnam and across the region.
This year’s competition is co-organized by Informa Markets Vietnam and Song Hoa Co., Ltd., under the endorsement of the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS) — the world’s leading authority in the professional culinary industry. This prestigious endorsement not only underscores the quality and credibility of the competition but also opens up opportunities for Vietnamese chefs to gain recognition and connect on the global culinary stage.

A distinctive feature of VNCC 2026 is its unique judging system — there are no First, Second, or Third Prizes. Instead, all participants are evaluated based on their actual performance and have the opportunity to earn medals according to internationally recognized WACS standards. This scoring method celebrates individual skill, creativity, and professionalism, while promoting a spirit of learning, growth, and sustainable development within the culinary community.
The Vietnam Culinary Challenge is more than just a competition — it is a celebration of passion, talent, and ambition, serving as a launchpad for Vietnamese chefs to reach the global stage and contribute to elevating Vietnam’s culinary identity on the world map.
