The Vietnam Barista Competition 2026 (VBC 2026) is a professional platform for baristas nationwide to showcase their skills, creativity, and passion for the art of coffee. The competition is held as part of Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026 – the country’s leading exhibition for the F&B, restaurant, and hospitality industries.
Participants will compete in three main categories: Espresso, Milk Beverage, and Signature Beverage. With the strong connection to Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026, VBC 2026 is set to attract a vibrant community of industry professionals, business leaders, and coffee enthusiasts from across Vietnam and the region.
🌸 Vietnam Aromaster Championship 2026 (VAC 2026)
Following the success of previous editions, VBC 2026 will once again be held alongside the Vietnam Aromaster Championship 2026 (VAC 2026) — organized by Informa Markets in collaboration with Barista School, a professional coffee training center with over 10 years of experience across various disciplines in the field.
The VAC 2026 aims to identify individuals with outstanding sensory evaluation skills — those capable of accurately assessing and analyzing coffee aromas and flavors. Beyond competition, the event also seeks to showcase an exciting selection of specialty coffees, particularly those produced in Vietnam, to both professionals and the public.
Together, VBC 2026 and VAC 2026 embody the vibrant and evolving spirit of Vietnam’s coffee industry. These competitions not only highlight technical mastery and sensory artistry, but also celebrate connection, creativity, and community — key values shaping the future of the F&B, restaurant, and hospitality sectors.
